Emma Kanerva

Finland

Emma Kanerva is a Finnish dressage rider, born on July 13, 1985, in Mikkeli. She represented Finland at the 2012 London Olympics, finishing 22nd in individual dressage. She competed at the World Championships in 2010 in Lexington and in 2018 in Tryon. Additionally, she participated in five European Championships between 2011 and 2023. In 2018, she won the Hamburg Dressage Derby with the horse Dambuca NL. At the 2024 Paris Olympics, she achieved an outstanding result, placing 12th in individual dressage with the horse Greek Air and setting a new personal record with a score of 81.607%.
