The trees of Erreplus saddles are covered by a lifetime warranty against any manufacturing defect.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, improper use, unauthorized modifications, or negligence in saddle maintenance.
Leather parts and stitching
Leather parts and stitching are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of manufacture.
The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship.
Exclusions: Damages resulting from accidents, natural wear and tear, contact with unauthorized chemicals, or improper maintenance are excluded.
Mandatory care and maintenance
To keep the warranty valid, only Erreplus cleaning and maintenance products (Erreplus Leather Cleaner and Erreplus Leather Balsam), specifically formulated for the bull leather of our saddles, must be used.
The use of other products may compromise the quality of the leather and will automatically void the warranty.
It is recommended to use high-quality saddle pads that ensure absorption of the horse’s sweat. Saddles returned to the company saturated with sweat salts or with damaged parts will not be covered by the warranty.
Inspection of wear parts
It is the user’s responsibility to regularly check the billets and stitching.
It is recommended to have worn parts replaced by authorized Erreplus dealers to ensure the rider’s safety and the stability of the saddle.
Warranty limitations
Any damage resulting from the application of sprays, sticks, or inappropriate products to improve grip on the seat and flaps, which may irreparably damage the leather, and unauthorized repairs are not covered by the warranty.
Aesthetic damages such as scratches, cuts, holes in the knee rolls due to rubbing, or stains due to normal wear are not included.
Conditions for warranty assistance
To benefit from the warranty, you must keep the purchase receipt, the warranty card, and provide the saddle’s serial number.
The request for intervention must be made through an authorized Erreplus dealer.
